FAQ

I aim to pack & send orders within 5-7 business days.
My UK standard postage & packaging cost is £2.20
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery, this is an untracked service therefore I am unfortunately unable to provide tracking info.
For international delivery the processing time is 7-21 working days. If you do not opt for tracked international shipping please be aware I can not track your order if it goes missing. (Due to Covid-19 orders to US / Canada / Aus are currently experiencing delays)

Print Sizes

I offer A5, A4 and A3 options in most of my prints, if your desired size is unavailable please contact me and we can arrange to have your print made in your chosen size.
Paper dimensions

A5 (14.8 x 21cm)

A4 (21 x 29.7cm)

A3 (29.7 x 42cm)

Custom Printing

Unfortunately I'm unable to offer custom designs at present, I am a one woman band working around a full time job, therefore I'm unable to offer custom prints unless otherwise stated on my social media (I tend to open up commissions around Christmas time)

Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged on arrival please drop me an email on illustratedbycharlie@outlook.com with a photo attached of the damage I will be happy to pop a replacement in the post for you.

Packaging

Sustainability is really important to me, therefore all orders will be packaged in recyclable/ compostable packaging where possible.

Printing Information

I use a professional online printing service for my postcards and greeting cards and prints are printed at a local printing service in Manchester, I always ensure that all prints are printed to a high quality, professional standard.

Refunds and exchanges

I do not accept any refunds or exchanges unless your order is faulty or damaged. If you have any issues with your order and need some help please get in touch with me on illustratedbycharlie@outlook.com
